Job Description
We are seeking a talented engineer to join our dynamic and growing team, utilizing their expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to analyze manufacturing processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and develop solutions to eliminate them.
- Develop and implement standard work, work instructions, and process flow diagrams to support manufacturing operations.
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on continuous improvement techniques and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, using key performance indicators and other metrics.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Certified in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and data.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and train employees.
- Proficiency in using statistical analysis software and other tools for process analysis and improvement.
- Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and regulations.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
