The Controller will play a critical role in managing the company's accounting and financial functions. This individual will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction accounting, job cost tracking, and financial leadership.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is a plus
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
- Expertise in Accounting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
