Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Oversee internal and external financial reporting, including regulatory compliance and adherence to internal controls (e.g., SOX).
Lead the Finance team responsible for reporting, tax compliance, cost accounting, and month-end close processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and liaise with the audit committee on financial matters.
Collaborate with senior leadership to benchmark performance, implement process improvements, and shorten financial close cycles.
Ensure appropriate staffing and team development in collaboration with Human Resources.
Manage performance and productivity through clear expectations, coaching, and enforcement of policies and procedures.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
CPA designation strongly preferred.
10–12 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, ideally including time in public accounting.
Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and public company compliance standards.
Prior experience in matrixed environments and demonstrated ability to influence across functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
