The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice on a range of legal matters, ensuring that our business operations comply with the law. Qualifications : 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney or Small firm Attorney focusing on Residential law 3. Extensive knowledge of laws related to property acquisition. 4. Proven experience in corporate governance, business policy, risk management, and corporate compliance. 5. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret and draft legal documents. 6. Familiarity with research methods for legal issues concerning financial transactions and business operations. 7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 8.
