The Corporate Paralegal/Real Estate Paralegal will report directly to the General Counsel and will be primarily involved with the following tasks
- Entity formation and management across the Firm’s portfolio;
- Fund formation and ensuring the Firm’s compliance of all investor obligations;
- Handling KYC requests with various counterparties;
- Negotiating and tracking NDAs;
- Ensuring timely satisfaction of all compliance requirements; etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate
- 2-5 years of corporate and/or fund formation paralegal experience at a law firm or in-house
- Experience with SEC-registered firms and other compliance-related items is a plus
- Experience with CT Corporation (or equivalent) is a plus
- Experience with Comply is a plus
- History of managing a variety of projects with time constraints
- Great interpersonal skills, and excited to contribute to a successful and growing company!
