Key Responsibilities
- Manage project costs, revenue recognition, and month-end closing processes.
- Review and reconcile project accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions.
- Collaborate with account executives to finalize project costings and customer billings.
- Provide audit support and develop knowledge of business processes to improve efficiency.
- Assist with sales budget analysis and contribute to financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of GAAP.
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
