We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Customer Care Supervisor to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer service, process improvement, and employee management. This role will require a high level of initiative, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Supervisor, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer care team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Implement process efficiencies to improve customer service delivery, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Monitor employee attendance and workflow to ensure that all team members are performing their duties effectively and meeting their performance targets.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them improve their performance and develop their skills.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, working to resolve them quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service delivery and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and process improvements.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring that they are well-prepared to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Customer Care Supervisor position, candidates must meet the following qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role, preferably in the Accounting & Finance industry.
  • Proven experience in implementing process efficiencies and monitoring employee attendance and workflow.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to coach and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • A strong customer focus, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
