Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Supervisor, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer care team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
- Implement process efficiencies to improve customer service delivery, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Monitor employee attendance and workflow to ensure that all team members are performing their duties effectively and meeting their performance targets.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them improve their performance and develop their skills.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, working to resolve them quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service delivery and resolve cross-functional issues.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and process improvements.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring that they are well-prepared to deliver exceptional customer service.
To be considered for the Customer Care Supervisor position, candidates must meet the following qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role, preferably in the Accounting & Finance industry.
- Proven experience in implementing process efficiencies and monitoring employee attendance and workflow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A strong customer focus, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
