About the Job
As a member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Guide customers in optimizing workflows using solutions to improve patient safety and compliance.
- Troubleshoot DICOM-related issues, including communication between imaging modalities and PACS systems.
- Collaborate with PACS administrators, radiology technologists, and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration.
- Assist in conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for new and existing customers.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to provide customer feedback and product enhancement recommendations.
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring customers meet industry regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in radiology in some capacity (hospital, imaging center, PACS administration, vendor, etc.).
- Fundamental understanding of DICOM communication and the DICOM standard.
- Technical skills beyond modality operation, such as PACS, RIS, or imaging informatics.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience troubleshooting imaging workflow issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (RT) background.
- Experience as a PACS Administrator or Imaging Informatics Specialist.
- Experience working for radiology equipment manufacturers (GE, Siemens, Philips, Canon, etc.).
- Familiarity with radiation dose monitoring or SaaS-based medical applications.
