We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a permanent, hybrid position that will combine remote and in-office work. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our digital marketing efforts and will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's influence while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal industry and will use their digital marketing expertise to drive our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.
• Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media advertising, and digital media.
• Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget based on trends and insights.
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Optimize user experience and brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly within the legal industry.
• Proven experience designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
• Expertise with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
• Familiarity with web design and HTML.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
