Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive real estate portfolio across multiple asset classes
- Develop and execute strategic asset management plans
- Conduct financial analysis and performance reporting
- Oversee budget preparation and variance tracking
- Implement operational efficiency strategies
- Manage capital improvement projects
- Collaborate with property management, acquisitions, and investment teams
- Conduct regular property inspections and market assessments
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
- 10 years progressive asset management experience
- Commercial Asset Management and Financing/Capital raising experience required.
- Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills
- Proficiency in real estate software platforms
- Demonstrated track record of portfolio performance optimization
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use portfolios
- Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities
- Advanced Excel skills
- Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software
- Financial modeling
- Market research and analysis tools
