This Director of Project Management role will be working for a diversified holding company engaged in seven primary business segments : Investment, Energy, Automotive, Food Packaging, Real Estate, Home Fashion and Pharma. The Director will be responsible for developing and simultaneously overseeing multiple capital projects and programs, reporting on scope, costs and schedule for base building, systems and interior fit out. This person will act as both tenant and landlord, responsible for understanding and fulfilling leasing and development pipeline as well as lease obligations and requirements across the portfolio. They will also be responsible for construction, asset management and planning activities in partnership with the Facilities team, third party IFM and construction management providers for complete asset life cycle management, across a 900 multi-site, owned and leased, retail, service portfolio.
