What You’ll Do
Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
Build scalable HR infrastructure, policies, and processes to support teams across multiple states.
Lead full-cycle recruitment and implement retention programs, career pathing, and succession planning.
Drive HR due diligence and integration for M&A activity—aligning culture, standardizing policies, and ensuring smooth transitions.
Champion a values-driven, high-performance culture while managing employee relations and compliance.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and healthcare-specific employment regulations.
Implement and optimize HR technology and leverage data to inform workforce decisions.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or HR certification like SHRM-SCP/SPHR a plus).
7–10 years of progressive HR leadership, ideally within healthcare services, physician practice management, or other multi-site, growth-focused environments.
Proven success leading HR in high-growth, acquisitive companies—M&A integration experience is a must.
Strong grasp of healthcare compliance, employment law, and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and culture-building skills.
Comfortable being both a strategic advisor and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
