Reporting to the GM, we are seeking a Director of Operations with aerospace machining or manufacturing operations experience to lead our site.
The Director of Operations will work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize site efficiency without sacrificing quality.
Experience In Complex, High Tolerance Machining Processes Is Required.
Aerospace specific manufacturing experience and machining is a plus!
10 years of proven leadership experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Engineering is preferred
Manpower Planning And Production Scheduling Experience Is Preferred
