We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our digital commerce strategy, focusing on converting marketing leads into loyal customers through data-driven optimization. Working at the intersection of marketing, customer experience, and website design, you'll use your analytical expertise to enhance every aspect of our digital storefront.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platforms, including Shopify Plus.
• Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
• Use Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Mixpanel to track and analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales trends.
• Optimize our ecommerce platforms for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic.
• Use AI principles to automate and optimize various ecommerce processes.
• Manage online product listings, ensuring that all product information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.
• Use Excel and Tydo for data analysis and reporting.
• Monitor and manage website performance, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends and technologies, and implement new strategies and tools as necessary.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising with proven revenue growth
• Expert proficiency in Shopify Plus and Google Analytics
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO analysis tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Demonstrated expertise in SEO and AI principles and their practical application across all website elements
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Tydo, and Mixpanel
• Experience in developing and optimizing marketing funnels
• Track record of cross-functional leadership and influence
• Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
