Our company is currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Techs for our 1st and 2nd shift teams. The ideal candidates will be dynamic, hands-on individuals with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems, and a passion for maintaining and improving complex machinery. Responsibilities
As Maintenance Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include
- Performing routine and preventive maintenance on all manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults in a timely and effective manner. This includes diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing and making adjustments as necessary.
- Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes in equipment, procedures, or work conditions to improve efficiency and safety.
- Documenting and maintaining records of all maintenance and repair work.
To be considered for this role, you will need
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues.
- Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Good physical condition and endurance, with the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
