Job Details
JD or similar plus:
- 5 Years of Attorney experience
- Experience with Employee Benefit Plans including qualified retirement plans, executive compensation, and benefits side of M&A transactions
- JD and Licensed in CT must work out of the New Haven, Waterbury, or Stamford office
