Job Details
Engineering Lab Manager is required to support the assembly/alignment/testing of RF/Microwave electronic component assemblies starting with PC sub-assemblies to modules to system integration.
1- Generation of in-process test procedures/data sheets for PCA’s, modules and top-level system testing.
2- Design and creation of system interface test fixturing.
3- Review of customer performance specifications (EQ spec) and customer supplied documentation

Job Details
Engineering Lab Manager is required to support the assembly/alignment/testing of RF/Microwave electronic component assemblies starting with PC sub-assemblies to modules to system integration.
1- Generation of in-process test procedures/data sheets for PCA’s, modules and top-level system testing.
2- Design and creation of system interface test fixturing.
3- Review of customer performance specifications (EQ spec) and customer supplied documentation
- Parts/Material/Process program requirements.
- Top level system test requirements including Thermal Cycling, Thermal Vacuum, Vibration, Shock and EMI testing.
- Failure reports (if required)
- Discrepant Material Report (DMR)
- Recovery Test Plans.
- Engineering change notices for customer review and internal component updates.
- End Item Data Packages for submittal to customer for review and acceptance
- Data management (storage and maintaining of test data for company review and accessibility)
- Tools (universal for RF/Microwave assemblies)
- Test equipment (specific to each program)
- Equipment rental/purchase.
