Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Trust and Estates Attorney role should possess the following
- A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and good standing.
- 3-10 years of experience in trust and estate law, specifically in estate planning and administration.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws related to estate planning and administration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other professionals.
- High level of professionalism and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
