Job Details

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and wealth preservation strategies.
• Develop and implement estate plans, including drafting and executing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and accountants to create integrated wealth management and tax planning strategies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis of complex estate planning issues.
• Represent clients in probate court proceedings.
• Keep abreast of changes in tax and estate planning laws and regulations.
• Develop strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive client matters.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Advanced degree in Tax Law (LLM in Tax) is highly desirable.
• Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, wills, probate, and asset protection.
• Proven track record of working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
• Exceptional legal drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal advice.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
