About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience providing high-level administrative support, with a strong preference for candidates with a legal background or experience working in a law firm or legal department.
This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to executive leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling expense reports
Draft, proofread, and manage legal and confidential documents with the utmost discretion
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
Coordinate and track project timelines and deliverables
Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems
Assist with event planning, internal communications, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
1 years of experience in an executive assistant or high-level administrative role
Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department strongly preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
