In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and providing invaluable support to our clients and team members.

- Financial Recordkeeping Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records for multiple high net worth clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Bookkeeping Operations Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations, utilizing advanced accounting software.

- Tax Coordination Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns and compliance with all tax-related requirements.
- Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, implement best practices, and enhance efficiency within the organization.
- Team Collaboration Work closely with other team members, including financial advisors, investment managers, and estate planners, to provide integrated financial solutions and support holistic wealth management strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a family office environment or public accounting firm.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and familiarity with tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive financial information.
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Experience working with high net worth individuals and families.
- Knowledge of investment accounting principles and practices.
