We are seeking a talented and dynamic Permanent Financial Analyst to join our Accounting and Finance team. This position is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to our company's financial health and growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in forecasting, analytics, bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and ERP systems. The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in providing financial insights to help drive business decisions, ensure company profitability, and maintain fiscal responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Carry out bank reconciliations to ensure that our financial records are accurate.
• Oversee accounts payable (AP) to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with business plans.
• Leverage ERP systems to streamline financial reporting and analysis.
• Utilize MS Excel to analyze complex financial data and extract key trends.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand business operations and provide financial insights.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
• Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
• Proficiency in forecasting, analytics, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
• Extensive experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Ability to oversee AP and manage large amounts of data.
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
