Accounts Receivable Specialist
A critical member of our dynamic finance team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and vendor discrepancy resolution.
The successful candidate will oversee and manage the entire accounts receivable process, preparing and sending invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. They will also reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly posted, investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries related to accounts receivable.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain the highest levels of accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
