We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Production Manager to join our rapidly expanding team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent role that offers a unique opportunity to play a crucial part in our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food production process, with a focus on frozen food products. This role requires a deep understanding of the food manufacturing industry, including compliance with FDA regulations and CAPA procedures. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as our team is diverse and multicultural. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire food production process, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all FDA regulations and guidelines related to food production and safety.
- Implement and manage CAPA procedures to address any issues or discrepancies in the production process.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team of production workers, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Continually evaluate production processes and equipment, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies for production needs.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Sales and Logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- Provide regular reports on production metrics, trends, and issues to senior management.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies, such as the FDA, during inspections and audits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in food production management, preferably in the frozen food sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines related to food production.
- Experience implementing and managing CAPA procedures.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Spanish being a plus.
- Proficiency with production management software and other relevant technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in food production.
