Are you a seasoned attorney with a passion for real estate law and a deep understanding of foreclosure processes? Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a dynamic, forward-thinking legal firm? We are currently seeking a highly qualified Permanent Senior Foreclosure Attorney, licensed in Pennsylvania, to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in real estate closing, loans, title review, purchase agreements, private lending, and deal structuring, while working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in these areas and be a member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Foreclosure Attorney, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the foreclosure process for our clients. Key responsibilities include
- Managing a portfolio of foreclosure cases from beginning to end, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate documents, including purchase agreements and private lending contracts
- Conducting thorough title reviews and resolving any title defects
- Structuring and negotiating real estate deals and loan transactions
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on foreclosure matters
- Collaborating with other members of the legal team to develop strategies and solutions for complex foreclosure cases
- Staying updated with changes in real estate and foreclosure laws and regulations in Pennsylvania
To be considered for this position, you must have
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in foreclosure law and real estate transactions
- Proven experience in real estate closing, loans
