This is a critical role that requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

This is a critical role that requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
As our HVAC Lead Foreman, you will
- Supervise and coordinate activities of HVAC technicians in installing and maintaining HVAC systems on various construction projects.
- Review blueprints and job specifications to determine the type and amount of materials required for each project.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards and regulations are met.
- Train and mentor junior HVAC technicians, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers and other construction professionals to plan and execute projects.
- Ensure all installations are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and associated work costs.
- Handle any escalated customer service issues related to HVAC installation or maintenance.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair in a construction environment.
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role is required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance procedures.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work within budget constraints.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- HVAC certification is preferred.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
