Your Role
Play an integral role throughout the product development cycle, creating and enhancing AI-powered user experiences.
Design and develop multi-modal AI agents specifically for the HR industry.
Build state-of-the-art AI voice applications using advanced language models and refine them through iterative feedback.
Develop tools to monitor and improve model performance, ensuring alignment with user needs.
Engage with clients to understand their workflows, enhancing AI systems to provide significant business value.
Innovate by extending AI agent capabilities and devising systems to analyze key use cases within the user base.
Expand your expertise as the company grows.
Assist in attracting and recruiting top engineering talent.
What You Bring
Hands-on experience with products that leverage language models as a core feature.
Experience with LLMs Python React/Node Typescript.
A commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
Proficiency in both backend and frontend development.
Bonus Experience in direct client interactions.
Comfort with rapid iteration and ambiguity, paired with a strong desire to grow as an engineer.
Enthusiasm for continuous learning and keeping up with the latest technologies and development practices.
