We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Human Resources Manager to join our Accounting Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about people and looking to make a significant impact in a growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR operations, including compliance, talent management, benefits administration, performance management, and policy implementation. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the Accounting Finance industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a seamless experience for all candidates.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management by enforcing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Manager role.
• Proven experience in the Accounting Finance industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• In-depth understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
• A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
• Professional certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) is a plus.
