MUST HAVE
- 5
- Years of Experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC/MEP industry, Financials, Construction
- Bachelors or better in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Ability to Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, including both large and small jobs.
- Leadership Skills to guide large project teams and the HVAC MEP department.
- Proficiency in Project Scope Development, including budgeting, estimating costs, and overseeing HVAC, mechanical, piping, and plumbing project plans.
- Strong Communication Skills to ensure effective communication and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Experience in Cost Control and Procurement of equipment and materials, with the ability to accurately project and report on project costs.
