If so, this Permanent Account Executive position in the Construction industry may be perfect for you. As an Account Executive, you will expand our business, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong client relationships. This high-visibility role requires a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Manage and nurture key account relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and minimized risks.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns.
- Provide updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote our brand.
- Meet with clients on job sites and develop strong relationships.
BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in sales.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of the construction industry.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
