Qualifications
- A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state of Florida bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, and general liability.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents, manage multiple cases, and oversee legal assistants.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, judges, and other legal professionals.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving favorable settlements for clients.
- Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
