Our law firm, known across the nation, is expanding its insurance defense division. Today, our insurance defense team offers comprehensive services, including highly regarded specializations in toxic tort defense, medical malpractice defense, trucking and transportation issues, construction defects, and professional errors and omissions.

Qualified candidates must be prepared to handle cases from inception through trial preparation, including drafting discovery pleadings and motions, and taking and defending depositions and must possess strong analytical skills to prepare and implement a winning strategy for the clients we represent. The attorneys pride themselves on their winning record and seek only to recruit those candidates who share a passion for success. Strong record of academic achievement, proven writing skills and a talent for advocacy in the courtroom are minimum requirements. Attorneys must be licensed to practice in NYS.
