Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance fraud cases from start to finish
- Take and defend depositions
- Argue motions in court
- Develop case strategies through detailed questioning
- Conduct SIU fraud investigations and build strong legal arguments
Requirements:
- 1-7 years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Strong analytical, listening, and questioning skills
- Ability to work independently and manage cases
- Comfortable litigating in court and handling complex cases

Salary: $85,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
