- Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of labor and employment issues, including but not limited to, employee relations, wage and hour claims, workplace safety, workers' compensation, and disability accommodations.
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies, prepare and draft legal documents, and manage and advise clients on legal transactions.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of complex labor and employment law issues.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to resolve labor and employment disputes.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in labor and employment law matters.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Maryland Bar.
- A minimum of three years of experience in private sector labor and employment law.
- In-depth knowledge of Title VII matters and wrongful termination law.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
