This individuals title will be “Landscape/Hardscape Project Manager” and will be responsible for
- Daily operations of residential landscape and hardscape job sites and crews
- Work with office staff/estimating department as needed
- Overseeing and running workers and subcontractors
- Communicate with general contractors regarding specs.
- Planning daily, weekly and monthly schedule
- Meeting completion dates
- Ensure all work is done to specifications and is high quality
- Promote proper installation practices for all installations of landscape and hardscape
- Maintain a safe environment
- Work within budgeted materials and hours for each project
- Attend weekly site meetings with other trades
- Be organized and results driven
- Minimum of 1 year experience working on and running residential or commercial landscape and hardscape construction projects
- Be able to read and interpret job plans
