Job Details

Join a dynamic healthcare company as Legal Counsel, where your expertise in regulatory compliance and legal strategy will drive organizational success. This role is essential in providing strategic guidance, managing legal risks, and supporting regulatory and general legal matters to ensure compliance and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel on legal and regulatory issues.
• Manage compliance, regulatory affairs, and oversee legal proceedings.
• Coordinate external counsel and assist in litigation, contracts, and policy reviews.
• Ensure alignment with federal and state regulations, addressing policy changes proactively.
• Oversee diverse legal domains, including corporate governance, IP, privacy, and employment matters.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain legal and ethical standards.

• Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and multitask effectively.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and Texas law license.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in state or federal regulatory matters; FDA 503A/503B preferred.
• Expertise in drafting complex agreements and handling regulatory issues.
