We are seeking a litigation associate with 4 years of civil litigation experience in Rhode Island. Ideal candidates will have strong litigation skills, excellent research and writing abilities, and the capacity to handle cases in District, Superior, and U.S. District Courts.

We are seeking a litigation associate with 4 years of civil litigation experience in Rhode Island. Ideal candidates will have strong litigation skills, excellent research and writing abilities, and the capacity to handle cases in District, Superior, and U.S. District Courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, pleadings, and assist with the discovery process
- Provide client consultations and represent clients in legal matters
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials
- Manage trial preparation and proceedings
- Top academic credentials required
- Licensed to practice in Rhode Island (Massachusetts license is a plus)
- At least 4 years of civil litigation experience, including trial work, motion practice, discovery, dispositive motions, and appellate work
- Experience with alternative dispute resolution (ADR), including arbitration or mediation, is a plus
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral advocacy abilities
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ethical standards and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a collegial environment
