Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex cases, representing clients in both state and federal courts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional advocacy skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and
- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies tailored to client goals.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide clear legal guidance.
- Manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and organization.
- Work closely with colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing.
- 3 years of litigation experience, including courtroom appearances.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and craft creative solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A client-focused mindset with a commitment to providing top-tier service.
