Established mid-sized firm in the Atlanta area is seeking a litigation specialist to join their busy civil litigation practice. This reputable firm specializes in representing government entities across the state of Georgia in general civil litigation, real estate law, complex government contracts, land use & zoning, and employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to 2 partners for a wide range of litigation matters involving real estate, land use, zoning, condemnations, and municipal law
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, real estate transactions documents, motions, and subpoenas
- Conduct legal research on real estate laws, zoning regulations, property disputes, and other relevant issues
- Monitor and ensure compliance with court orders, settlement agreements, and other legal obligations
This is a full-time position offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and some remote work flexibility. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of civil litigation experience in a busy environment and a Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program.
