We are looking for a strong leader to take on a lead/supervisory role within our Machine Shop. This individual will be in charge of overseeing 15-20 machine operators & programmers on the 1st shift.
We are ideally searching for
- 7 years of CNC machining and programming backgrounds, including some sort of leadership roles & duties
- Ideally experienced with both Mills & Lathes (Mori Seiki & Haas preferred)
- Understanding of CNC programming
- Good leadership and communication skills
