We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Machinist to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, problem-solving, and dedication are valued. As a machinist, you will be responsible for creating and modifying parts by employing a variety of machining tools and equipment. You will also be expected to read and interpret technical blueprints, maintain and repair equipment, and adhere to all safety protocols. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Machinist to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, problem-solving, and dedication are valued. As a machinist, you will be responsible for creating and modifying parts by employing a variety of machining tools and equipment. You will also be expected to read and interpret technical blueprints, maintain and repair equipment, and adhere to all safety protocols. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and repair metal parts using a variety of machining tools and equipment.
- Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate production.
- Operate and maintain various machines including CNC mills, CNC lathes, manual mills, manual lathes, grinders, and sanders.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet the necessary specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline production processes.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with CNC programming, CNC mills, CNC lathes, manual mills, manual lathes, grinders, and sanders.
- Extensive knowledge of machining processes, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.
- A commitment to safety and quality.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; completion of a machinist apprenticeship or certification is preferred.
