Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing all repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations.
- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
- Diagnosing faults and overseeing time-critical repairs.
- Leading, managing, and directing a high-performing maintenance team.
- Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned maintenance work.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Evaluating the condition of machines and predicting when maintenance will be necessary.
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Monitoring equipment inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Collaborating with other managers to optimize production processes.
- Staying current with the latest technologies and best practices in industrial maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with automation.
- Excellent knowledge of the mechanical and electrical components of machinery and equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety and equipment manuals.
- Proficient in the use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in Maintenance Management or a related field is a plus.
