We are in search of a seasoned Managing Trial Attorney specializing in personal injury and litigation. Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage, and mentor a team of attorneys and support staff, ensuring the highest quality of legal representation for our clients
- Handle a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through trial, settlement, or appeal
- Develop and implement strategic legal frameworks and trial strategies to ensure successful outcomes for our clients
- Act as lead trial attorney on high-profile and complex personal injury cases
- Consult with clients and prospective clients to assess their legal needs and provide expert legal advice
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive, efficient, and effective approach to case management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law and related legal developments
- Represent the firm in a professional manner, upholding our reputation for excellence in personal injury law
- Experience managing a team of attorneys
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted and in good standing with the State Bar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a trial attorney, with a focus on personal injury law
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team of attorneys
- Demonstrated ability to handle a high-volume caseload and oversee all aspects of trial preparation and execution
- Strong litigation skills, with experience in all phases of the litigation process, from filing the complaint to preparing for trial or settlement
