About the Role
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement strategic manufacturing plans aligned with company objectives
- Supervise and oversee all aspects of daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
- Evaluate and enhance existing manufacturing processes and workflows for continuous improvement
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team
- Monitor production metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and present to senior management
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure for the manufacturing department

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of enhancing manufacturing processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving profitability. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree or MBA preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior manufacturing management role in the engineering industry is also required.
