Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for leading and supervising manufacturing operations? Do you have a passion for the Manufacturing industry coupled with experience in Aerospace and CNC Machines? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking an experienced Permanent Manufacturing Supervisor for our 2nd Shift operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of skilled professionals in the production of precision components using conventional CNC and CNC Machines.

Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating the activities of the manufacturing team on the 2nd shift. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

• Overseeing the production process and ensuring that production is cost-effective and timely.
• Directing and coordinating the daily operations of the manufacturing plant.
• Implementing and managing quality control programs to ensure standards are met.
• Training, supervising, and mentoring staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
• Addressing any issues or obstacles that may affect production, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Working closely with other department supervisors to ensure a smooth workflow across all shifts.
• Implementing and enforcing safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
• Developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Continually assessing and improving manufacturing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered for the role of Manufacturing Supervisor, you must possess the following

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Aerospace, conventional CNC, and CNC Machines.
• Demonstrated experience in producing precision components.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and procedures.
• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
