Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and a current license to practice law
- Registered Patent Agent with the USPTO
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in intellectual property law
- Strong technical background in electrical engineering, software, and medical devices
- Excellent knowledge of US and international intellectual property laws and regulations
