Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing litigation, with a focus on Pharma Litigation
- Strong brief writing skills and deposition skills required, and hearing experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
- Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
