- Manage and support a team of six healthcare professionals, encouraging professional growth and collaboration
- Regularly review and update health services policies and procedures to meet or exceed Joint Commission standards and state regulatory requirements
- Oversee the entire medication process, including prescribing, dispensing, and administration, to ensure safe and effective practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
- 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, with a focus on behavioral health preferred
