Responsibilities

The Operations Manager (HVAC Service) will be responsible for the following

• Oversee the daily operations of the HVAC service department, ensuring all operations are carried out in line with our standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the HVAC service department.
• Manage and lead a team of HVAC technicians, providing them with the necessary guidance and support to perform their duties effectively.
• Liaise with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the HVAC service department, identifying areas of improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Manage the financial aspects of the HVAC service department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Operations Manager (HVAC Service) position should have the following qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong Background within leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and operations, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and HVAC service management software.
