Our organization is seeking an experienced Permanent Operator to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering top-quality products while adhering to the highest safety and efficiency standards. The successful candidate will have a hands-on role in our production process, operating and maintaining machinery, and playing a crucial part in our manufacturing operations. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in machine operation.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Operator, your key responsibilities will include

• Operating a variety of complex machinery and equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
• Performing routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshooting and repairing any mechanical issues that arise during the production process.
• Monitoring and adjusting machine settings for optimal performance and quality.
• Collaborating with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Consistently maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Documenting and reporting any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting ways to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Operator position will have

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in machine operation, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with troubleshooting and maintaining machinery.
• Excellent technical and mechanical skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and operate machinery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A certificate or degree in a related field is a plus.
• Safety-conscious mindset and a strong commitment to following safety regulations.
